Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regeln den Zugriff auf und die Nutzung von cnc.bozemetal.com sowie die Dienstleistungen der BOZE CNC Ti.
1. Begriffsbestimmungen
Dienstleistungen: CNC-Bearbeitung, additive Fertigung, Laser- und Wasserstrahlschneiden, Oberflächenbehandlung, technische Beratung. Technische Daten: CAD-Dateien, CAM-Dateien, 3D-Modelle, technische Zeichnungen.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you accept these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms.

3. Geistiges Eigentum & CAD-Dateien
Provisions for engineering data and manufactured components IP:
- Kundeneigentum — Alle technischen Daten verbleiben im Eigentum des Kunden. BOZE erhebt keine Eigentumsansprüche.
- Limited License — Customer grants BOZE a limited license solely for providing requested Services.
- Vertraulichkeitsverpflichtung — BOZE behandelt alle technischen Daten vertraulich und gibt sie nicht über den konkreten Auftrag hinaus weiter.
4. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations valid for 30 days. Changes to specifications may result in revised pricing.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Binding agreement upon written acceptance of Purchase Order.
6. Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality
Parts manufactured per specifications or ISO 2768/ASME Y14.5 standards.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Estimated dates provided in good faith. Risk passes upon delivery to carrier (FOB).
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
12-month warranty on conformance to specifications. All other warranties disclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amount paid for the specific order. No consequential damages.
10. Confidentiality & NDA
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary info. Obligation survives 5 years.
11. Rechtswahl & Streitbeilegung
Governed by PRC law. Disputes settled by CIETAC arbitration in Beijing.
Anwendbares Recht: VR China. Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit: CIETAC, Peking. Sprache: Englisch.
12. Termination
May terminate on material breach with 30-day cure period.
