These Terms of Service govern access to and use of cnc.bozemetal.com and services provided by BOZE CNC Ti.
1. Definitions
Services: CNC machining, additive manufacturing, fabrication, surface treatment, engineering consultation. Technical Data: CAD files, CAM files, 3D models, engineering drawings.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you accept these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms.
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes communicated via website notice
- Review these Terms periodically
3. Intellectual Property & CAD Files
Provisions for engineering data and manufactured components IP:
- Customer-Owned IP — All Technical Data remains the Customer property. BOZE claims no ownership.
- Limited License — Customer grants BOZE a limited license solely for providing requested Services.
- Confidentiality — BOZE treats all Technical Data as confidential, not shared beyond the specific order.
4. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations valid for 30 days. Changes to specifications may result in revised pricing.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Binding agreement upon written acceptance of Purchase Order.
6. Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality
Parts manufactured per specifications or ISO 2768/ASME Y14.5 standards.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Estimated dates provided in good faith. Risk passes upon delivery to carrier (FOB).
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
12-month warranty on conformance to specifications. All other warranties disclaimed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amount paid for the specific order. No consequential damages.
10. Confidentiality & NDA
Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary info. Obligation survives 5 years.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by PRC law. Disputes settled by CIETAC arbitration in Beijing.
Governing Law: PRC. Arbitration: CIETAC, Beijing. Language: English.
12. Termination
May terminate on material breach with 30-day cure period.
