本利用規約は、cnc.bozemetal.comおよびBOZE CNC Tiが提供するサービスへのアクセスと利用を規定するものです。

1. 定義

サービス：CNC加工、積層造形、 fabrication、表面処理、エンジニアリングコンサルティング。技術データ：CADファイル、CAMファイル、3Dモデル、図面。

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you accept these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms.

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes communicated via website notice
• Review these Terms periodically

3. 知的財産権およびCADファイル

Provisions for engineering data and manufactured components IP:

• 顧客所有の知的財産 — すべての技術データは顧客の財産です。BOZEは所有権を主張しません。
• Limited License — Customer grants BOZE a limited license solely for providing requested Services.
• 秘密保持義務 — BOZEはすべての技術データを機密情報として扱い、特定の注文以外の目的で共有しません。

4. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations valid for 30 days. Changes to specifications may result in revised pricing.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Binding agreement upon written acceptance of Purchase Order.

6. Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality

Parts manufactured per specifications or ISO 2768/ASME Y14.5 standards.

7. Delivery & Shipping

Estimated dates provided in good faith. Risk passes upon delivery to carrier (FOB).

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

12-month warranty on conformance to specifications. All other warranties disclaimed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to amount paid for the specific order. No consequential damages.

10. Confidentiality & NDA

Both parties maintain confidentiality of proprietary info. Obligation survives 5 years.

11. 準拠法および紛争解決

Governed by PRC law. Disputes settled by CIETAC arbitration in Beijing.

12. Termination

May terminate on material breach with 30-day cure period.
