自動工具マガジンとは？
自動工具マガジンは、CNC工作機械に統合された保管システムで、切削工具を保持し、機械の工具交換装置（ATC — 自動工具交換装置）を介して自動工具交換を可能にします。チタン加工では、工具の摩耗が速い（一般的な工具寿命は15～45分）ため、大容量マガジン（60～120工具）が不可欠です。大容量マガジンは冗長な姉妹工具をサポートし、CNC制御が主工具がプログラムされた寿命限界に達したときに自動的に切り替えることで、長時間の無人「ライツアウト」運転を可能にします。
