Ultrasonic cleaning uses high-frequency (25–130 kHz) sound waves to create cavitation bubbles in a cleaning solution. The implosion of these bubbles on the titanium surface dislodges contaminants (oil, chips, polishing compound) from blind holes, threads, and complex internal features, specifically for titanium components.
