Precision CNC Machining Built for Iterative Hardware Design
Move parts from prototype to low-volume production (5 to 500 pieces). Every RFQ is opened by a senior mechanical engineer for 1-on-1 DFM review, with strict ECO drawing version control and a locked quote that does not change after revision.

Why engineering teams leave automated broker platforms
Automated Broker vs. Engineering-First CNC Partner
A side-by-side comparison of what you actually experience on a low-volume, ECO-driven hardware program — not a marketing promise.
| Dimension | Automated Broker Platform | Engineering CNC Center (Boze) |
|---|---|---|
| Quote Stability | Re-quotes on every revision; pricing drifts upward once the order is "in flight" | Locked quote after DFM review — no revision-driven price change unless scope changes are explicitly approved by both sides |
| Communication Channel | Web form only, routed through a generic queue — your "account manager" rotates weekly | A senior mechanical engineer is your single point of contact from DFM through delivery, reachable by email and WhatsApp |
| Revision Control (ECO) | File-naming convention only; no enforced revision lock — old drawings may resurface on re-order | Every ECO is logged, obsolete media physically destroyed and digitally shredded, and the active revision is locked at quote time |
| Post-Processing Tolerance | "Submit and pray" that anodizing does not eat your M2 threads — refund only if dimension fails after the fact | Wall thickness, thread fit, and critical interfaces pre-compensated for anodizing growth up-front — verified on the CMM before ship-out |
| Low-Volume Re-Order | Minimum order quantity silently raised between quotes; 50 pcs becomes 100 pcs becomes 250 pcs | No arbitrary MOQ — re-order the same revision from 5 pcs up to 500 pcs at the original per-piece price band |

The four-pillar delivery model
What engineering-first CNC machining looks like in practice
These are the four capabilities that make the difference between a quote that arrives on time and a program that lands without re-work.
Engineer-Reviewed DFM & Locked Quotes
Every RFQ is opened by a senior mechanical engineer — not a pricing bot. Wall thicknesses, radii, undercuts, and tolerance stack-ups are reviewed before the quote goes out, so what you approve is what gets built.
- 1-on-1 DFM review within 24 hours of CAD upload
- Quote is locked at DFM sign-off — no upward drift on revision
- Senior engineer stays on your file through delivery
Anodizing & Post-Processing Tolerance Intelligence
Type II and Type III anodizing adds 0.0008–0.0012 in of growth. We pre-compensate wall callouts, thread fit, and press-fit interfaces up-front, then verify the finished dimensions on the CMM before anything ships.
- Wall thickness + thread callouts pre-compensated
- Type II (sulfuric) and Type III (hard) anodizing covered
- CMM verification of post-processed dimensions on every batch
Low-MOQ Iteration Without Penalty
Prototype (5 pcs) to pilot build (50 pcs) to first-article production (500 pcs) — all priced from the same per-piece band as long as the revision is locked. We will not silently raise your MOQ between quotes.
- 5-piece prototyping on the same production process
- Re-order 5–500 pcs at the original per-piece price
- No "minimum order quantity" hidden in the fine print
Sub-Assembly & Kitting Delivery
Multi-part assemblies ship as labeled kits, bagged per BOM line, with hardware and fasteners included. Your build team can pull a bag and assemble — no kitting labor on your side.
- BOM-line bagging with printed line labels
- Fasteners, inserts, and hardware included
- Carton labeled with kit ID, revision, and total piece count
Mistake-proof ECO workflow
Five steps from uploaded CAD to a re-orderable, revision-locked part
Every drawing revision is treated as an Engineering Change Order (ECO). Old revisions are physically destroyed and digitally shredded — they cannot silently resurface on a future re-order.
- Step 01 · Customer
Upload
Submit your STEP / IGES file plus 2D drawing through the in-page RFQ form. Tell us which revision you intend to lock.
- Step 02 · Engineering
DFM Review
A senior engineer reviews tolerances, post-processing growth, and manufacturability — and either approves the file for quote or returns it with redlines in under 24 hours.
- Step 03 · Documentation
Obsolete Media Destruction
When you submit a new revision, the previous STEP / IGES file is physically destroyed on the production floor and digitally shredded from the project folder. Old drawings cannot resurface on a future re-order.
- Step 04 · Inspection
CMM Verification
First-article parts are measured on a calibrated CMM against the locked drawing revision. The CMM report is filed against the ECO number — not a generic date stamp.
- Step 05 · Re-order
Re-Order at Locked Price
Re-order the same ECO revision from 5 pcs to 500 pcs at the original per-piece price band. No new quote, no MOQ surprise, no revision drift.
